In Surah Al-Shu’ara, verse 3 of the Qur’an, the translation is: “And when I am ill, Allah heals me.” In this verse, the wisdom of Allah Almighty is stated:Ā Heal.Ā At the same time, Allah Almighty has mentioned many plants in the Holy Qur’an, including honey, dates, figs and olives, in which abundant healing has been kept.
While there has been tremendous progress in the field of medicine from ancient times to modern times, there has also been an increase in medical complications.Ā Despite all this scientific research and development, there are many deadly diseases in the present age for which no scientific cure has yet been discovered.Ā In such a situation, the Prophet’s medicine is a beacon for us in terms of health.Ā The people of Islam have benefited from the medicine of the Prophet in every age and that is why the medicine of the Prophet is of special importance even today.Ā Experts on the Prophet’s medicine, both in the East and in the West, made scientific advances where he was always welcomed because the use of plants for the treatment of diseases has been of great importance.
The medicine of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was given to him by revelation as a gift from Allaah to the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).Ā Adopting all these medical prescriptions and wise methods, the Holy Prophet cured various ailments.Ā It is our good fortune that the instructions of the Holy Prophet were preserved by the Companions.Ā In this way, these blessed hadiths were passed down from generation to generation and will remain a storehouse of knowledge and knowledge for us in the times to come.Ā The medicine of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) is certainly an effective treatment, about which Hazrat Imam Muhammad ibn Abu Bakr al-Qayyim (may Allaah be pleased with him) wrote:Ā There is no possibility of error or failure. āSimilarly, Bu’ali Sina also confirmed the usefulness of many medicines in the Prophet’s medicine through his experiments.
No one can deny the usefulness and importance of the Prophet’s medicine because the treatment mentioned in it is based on the highest wisdom and also because they are tested.Ā The Prophet’s medicine is the guide of the world of humanity for many diseases, afflictions and troubles.Ā There are tried and tested prescriptions in the Prophet’s medicine for the treatment of common ailments, in which prayers and medicines are prescribed for the treatment of physical ailments as well as spiritual ailments.Ā No one can deny your medical achievements and by adopting these medical prescriptions you can continue your journey on the path to health.
